"Thanks for the remap you did yesterday at the Newbury Motorhome show, very impressed with the extra flexibility and power. Now it is possible to easily pull away in second gear and the motorhome is so much smoother to drive, no need to shift out of sixth gear to climb hills, and overtaking lorries on the motorway has become so much safer without having to change down a gear. We averaged 29.8 to Leatherhead Tesco which was M4 and M25 and I expected the rest of the journey to reduce that as we hit the A21 and single roads but when I arrived home in East Sussex the trip computer showed 30.2, best before was around 23-26 so well pleased with the result. "

"Hi Scott, What a difference it has made, the response is instant now and you're right it pulls like a train! On the way home from you, a Volkswagon Transporter van pulled out behind me - I think to try and compare power whilst we were on the motorway - and let's just say he ended up being a tiny dot in my rear view mirror! I can feel the difference on my usual journey home from work with hills and not having to change gear to go up them it just keeps going in fifth like you said it would. I'm not yet sure I'll save too much fuel money at the moment as I'm enjoying the power so much but all in all I am very pleased. "Hi Scott, well, it has been nearly a month since the engine mapping upgrade and I have to tell you that you are a genius!
You got it spot on and I have now noticed a significant improvement on my fuel economy. I am now getting approx 15% more MPG with learners (48.4 up from 42.5) and up to 25% on a longer run.
On my last longish journey up to Luton and back I achieved 69 MPG on the journey up and with the return journey added on I still got a return of just over 66 MPG.
